I was born and raised in Denver, CO and its suburbs. I began my background in geekdom with my Apple IIe and went on to fulfill a dream of many - to work at Electronic Arts, Tiburon testing video games. I went on to help on many games such as NASCAR Thunder, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and was even in the local news paper because I helped with NFL Street.

Shortly after Tiburon relocated to somewhere else in Maitland, FL, I left and had two wonderful boys. I returned to Denver, CO and missed being a professional geek. I operated her own zero-waste, organic juice bar, then cafe on Pearl Street in Boulder for about a year with Maria Cooper. The cafe closed due to many funding issues from the investors.

These days I am the mother to two children, and work a few jobs including designing and maintaining websites. I know Drupal, HTML, CSS, some Java and some JavaScript as well as my way around Photoshop (and GIMP). I am learning Joomla, Wordpress and a little PHP. I am always looking to learn to new things and to work on designing more sites. I also has an interest in teaching children how to use modern technologies while focusing on the whole child and helping with large-scale art.
